Inspiratioun: The Covid-19 outbreak has impacted the global retail ecosystem and behavioral change of consumers. This led us to create the virtual Showroom 360 and Colourliving eShop website within a month to complete our digital transformation after an extensive survey on customer preferences. The web store lets customers browse and shop through a range of lifestyle products with only a few clicks. Overcoming a string of technical challenges, the site was met with success and overwhelming sales.
