We wanted to offer the companies and service providers in the city of Wuppertal in Germany an additional well-functioning digital gateway for their services, thus facilitating their availability. The objective of the solution was to tackle the fragmentation of the city services and take a step toward a seamless e-society and make the services offered by the city accessible to the citizens through a single digital channel.
Projetdauer: The project started in February 2018 in Tallinn, Estonia and finished in the autumn of 2020 in Wuppertal, Germany. The app is currently live and introduced to other cities in Germany.

Wuppertal city companies and service providers have now an additional low-cost digital channel for making services even better accessible to the people.
