The form of the building was carved into a mountain shape and trees were planted around it. They create new forest in this area. A rectangular box form industrial building limits interaction people in general. Users are constrained to move along the two axis direction only within the rectilinear layout.
The spiral on the other hand is intended to maximize the flow and the number of interaction points. And the points generate communications as a result.
