The Intelligent Eggshell Lamp 도자기 무드등 소개

지능형 난각(卵殼) 자기 램프는 수제 난각자기와 음성 제어를 결합한 도자기 무드등이다. 갓은 40여 단계의 공정과 반복적인 정형 및 조각, 세 차례의 소성을 거쳐 완성되어 두께가 1mm 이내에 이른다. 불을 밝히면 조각된 점과 선, 면이 밤하늘처럼 은은하게 빛난다. 아래로 갈수록 좁아지는 본체는 손에 감기는 곡면으로 다듬어져 쉽게 넘어지지 않는다. 음성으로 점등과 소등을 제어하므로 두 손이 자유롭다. 이 디자인은 전통 민간 공예를 되살리는 것을 목표로 한다.

고유 특성: It is a combination of traditional hand-made eggshell porcelain and modern voice control light. It is an attempt to revive the folk arts that may not conform to the functions and aesthetics of contemporary society.
The housing is ergonomic with a tapered design which is not only curved back to fit nicely in your hand, but also not easy to be knocked over. The point-line-surface carved texture like a shining night sky in the light.
It can also have your hands free for the voice control function.

생산 기술: The eggshell porcelain has to go through more than 40 working procedures and hundreds of times of repeated fettling and carving, burnt in three times, finally the thickness of the porcelain is within 1 mm.
디자인 과제: One of the challenges is to improve the qualified rate of good porcelain because it is too thin to keep the shape during firing. The other is how to assemble the porcelain lampshade onto the electronic components accurately.
영감: We are a product design company from jingdezhen, a famous porcelain capital in China and abroad.
We found out that eggshell porcelain, in the past, was the best product for the emperor, with exquisite workmanship. However, at present, they are too traditional and old fashion to be liked by young people.
Therefore, we hope that through modern design language, these folk arts that may not conform to the functions and aesthetics of contemporary society can be revived.
프로젝트 기간: The project started in February 2019 in Jingdezhen and finished in December 2019 in Jingdezhen.
운영 흐름: It is a combination of traditional hand-made eggshell porcelain and modern voice control light.
It can be either an ornament or a useful product, you can say Hi to ask it open or close the light which can have your hands free.
