Haus M 개인 주택 소개

하우스 M(Haus M)은 2012년 독일 티펜바흐에 완공된 개인 주택이다. 비대칭적인 내부 형태는 광산의 이미지를 연상시킨다. 주 공간은 가로 10미터, 세로 8미터, 높이 6미터 규모다. 조각적인 형태의 갤러리 층이 주 공간 내부에 매달려 있어 그 높이를 분할한다. 주 건물은 집성목 보로 구성된 사전 제작 목조 프레임을 사용하며, 갤러리는 이 프레임에 매달려 있다. 지하층과 그 위의 천장은 현장 타설 콘크리트로 시공되었고, 지붕 외장재는 알루미늄 합금이다. 전면의 넓은 테라스는 주 공간에 깊이감을 더한다.

고유 특성: The asymmetric shape of the space within the residence evokes the image of a mine. This results in a very high room, which is therefore segmented by a sculpturally shaped, suspended gallery layer. A lively and tense spatial structure is being formed hereby. The large frontal terrace plane operates like a stage set and provides the room with an immense depth.

생산 기술: The shape of the main building consists of an entirely prefabricated Wood Frame construction. The construction itself is made up of symmetrically arranged glued wooden beams.
The gallery plane is hung from those beams and seemingly floats within the main room.
The basement as well as the ceiling on top of it are made of in-situ concrete. The parapet of the terrace is made up of a single pre-built element of concrete.
Concrete was also used in the outside area for the ramp, the path towards the entrance and the driveway.
The roof cladding is made from metal (aluminium alloy).
디자인 과제: The experimental architecture, as well as the resulting geometry and the artisanal execution require a huge amount of passion and concentration from all parties involved.
연구: The final design is a direct result of the original construction project. The task was to enable the habitant ever-changing spatial impressions within the main room depending on perspective.
The sculptural crafting and arranging of architectural planes on the in- and outside creates emotions.
The chosen geometry, the monolithic flair of the interior, as well as the vividly composed outside elements imitate archaic shapes of the traditional mining business, which have been transformed into modern architecture.
영감: The client's profession of Markscheider basically describes a surveyor who specializes in the mining business. The main goal for the concept of the building was the transformation of typical archaic mining shapes into modern architecture.
