BSG Villas 주거용 빌라 소개

BSG Villas는 현대 건축의 사례로 설계된 주거용 빌라이다. 지붕은 가정에 필요한 에너지를 생산하는 태양광 패널로 완전히 덮여 있다. 지붕의 형태는 또한 빗물과 눈 녹은 물이 저장 유닛에 모이도록 하며, 이 저장 유닛은 건물의 주요 지지체 역할을 한다. 강구조는 세 개의 지지 기초 위에 놓여 있어 토양에 미치는 영향이 최소화된다. 빌라는 지면에서 6미터 위에 서 있으며, 정점의 높이는 23.80미터에 이른다. 부분적으로 유리로 된 바닥을 통해 아래에 있는 장식용 수조를 내려다볼 수 있다.

고유 특성: The building is a sample of contemporary architecture.The roof of the building is totally covered with a solar panel that produces the energy needed for total energy consumption by the household.Thanks to the roof style, the rain and snow water can be accumulated to be later utilized in the storages which are the main bearings of the building at the same time.The self-contained structure resting on the three bearing bases has a reduced impact on the soil,so allows the soil to enjoy rain and breathe in.
치수 및 패키징: The structure is 6.00 m high above the soil. The apex of the building is 23.80 m.

There is a huge ornamental pool on the ground, under the building. From the inside of the house, the pool can be seen due to partly glass floor.
