Golden Fortress 주거 공용 공간 소개

황금 요새(Golden Fortress)는 대만에 위치한 주거용 건물의 공용 공간 인테리어입니다. 2,600제곱미터 부지 내 600제곱미터를 설계 대상으로 하며, 15개 층과 100세대를 위한 공간으로 조성되었습니다. 엘리베이터 로비는 평면의 중앙에 배치되었고, 후면에는 정원이 자리합니다. 대형 창은 자연광을 끌어들이고 정원을 향한 개방적인 조망을 제공합니다. 천연 목재 무늬목은 표면에 따뜻한 질감을 부여합니다. 고정된 칸막이 없이 가구 배치만으로 패밀리룸, 피트니스 센터, 라운지를 구분하여 평면이 개방감을 유지하며 모든 연령대에 적합한 공간이 됩니다.

고유 특성: The building incorporates an expansive garden area at the rear, contributing to it's overall spatial design. The elevator lobby is strategically positioned at the center, functioning as a pivotal component of the architectural layout.
치수 및 패키징: The base covers a total area of 2,600 square meters, with a designated design area of 600 square meters. It features 15 floors and contains 100 residential units.

생산 기술: Based on structural planning, the design adopts a minimalist approach, minimizing excessive decoration and unnecessary waste to achieve a natural and pure aesthetic. Natural wood veneer materials are selected to create a warm, textured atmosphere. Additionally, the furniture is thoughtfully arranged to maximize space utilization. Large windows are incorporated to allow ample natural light.
디자인 과제: The entire lobby must accommodate multiple functions while maintaining maximum openness to allow an unobstructed view of the garden, seamlessly connecting the interior with the exterior. We define different areas using various types of furniture, creating zones without physical partitions, so the space remains open and cohesive.
연구: The public spaces offer a variety of functions to meet diverse needs. The family room can be used by those working from home as well as school-age children. The fitness center is available year-round for all age groups. The lounge provides a comfortable environment.
영감: This residential development is conceived to establish a comfortable and welcoming living environment that promotes social engagement and convenience. Occupants benefit from views overlooking the rear garden, contributing to a tranquil and soothing atmosphere. The open plan design optimizes spatial efficiency and adaptability.
