넥스 원 파크 뷰(Nex One Park View)는 브라질 상파울루 시다지 자르징 대로에 위치한 복합용도 건물로, 파르케 두 포부, 마르지나우 피네이로스, 파리아 리마 인근에 자리한다. 타워는 외골격 구조로 연결된 세 개의 볼륨으로 구성되어 업무, 주거, 여가 공간을 아우른다. 바이오필릭 요소가 자연을 디자인 속으로 끌어들이며 인접한 공원의 풍경을 반영한다. 에너지 효율, 고성능 유리, 우수 관리 시스템이 적용되었으며, 이 건물은 LEED Core and Shell v4.0 인증을 취득했다.

고유 특성: Nex One Park View is a landmark on Cidade Jardim Avenue in São Paulo, near Parque do Povo, Marginal Pinheiros, and Faria Lima. Its tower, composed of three volumes connected by an exoskeleton, integrates corporate, residential, and leisure spaces. Biophilic elements bring nature into the design. The building incorporates energy efficiency, sustainable strategies, and stormwater management, earning LEED Core and Shell v4.0 certification.

디자인 과제: The building is located next to a store designed by Paulo Mendes da Rocha, a Pritzker Prize-winning architect. Although it is not a listed heritage site, the store is an important icon for the city. The architectural challenge was to design the new building in a way that respected the store's volume, with alignments, setbacks, and height restrictions that ensure its visibility and preserve its relevance in the urban context.
영감: The inspiration was to integrate the building into the urban fabric, making it accessible through public transportation and incorporating sustainable strategies such as stormwater management, spaces for green vehicles, high-performance glass, and efficient water usage. Biophilic elements were added to reflect the nearby Parque do Povo, along with tree-lined, pleasant streets.
