The basement is transformed into a high-end golf practice room with advanced simulators, catering to the male homeowner's sports needs. The open-plan first floor integrates the living room, dining room, and kitchen, featuring American-style doors and molding that enhance natural light. A functional kitchen layout includes an island, pantry, and bar for efficient circulation. Outdoors, a minimalist landscape and comprehensive lighting create a refined, modern atmosphere.
