Dajing Homestay 호텔 소개

다징 민박은 사오관 다징 마을에 지어진 호텔이다. 건물들은 개울과 오래된 녹나무를 마주하고 있으며, 동시에 성도(省道)에 면해 있어 민박이 눈에 잘 띄고 접근하기 쉽다. 건물들은 마을의 기본 구조를 따라 둘러싸인 중정 형태로 배치되었다. 콘크리트, 목재 질감의 알루미늄, 유리, 벽돌을 사용하여 새로운 건축물이 오래된 마을과 자연스럽게 어우러지도록 했다. 프로젝트의 연면적은 1,914.57제곱미터이다. 이 설계는 방문객에게 산과 숲 사이의 고요한 안식처를 제공하는 것을 목표로 한다.

고유 특성: All buildings face the streams and old trees, making the internal space more mysterious and enticing. They also face towards the provincial highway, making the homestay buildings more prominent and accessible. In addition to functional fulfillment, the architect wants to well integrate the new building into Dajing Village while keeping its independence and maintaining its own style.

생산 기술: The application of common materials, such as concrete, wood-like aluminum, glass, and brick, seems to conceal the building in this village. Such a natural way can let people get fully integrated and not get distracted.
디자인 과제: Dajing, a poor village located in Renhua County, Shaoguang City, Guangdong Province, has its history dating back to Ming Dynasty. Inside the village mainly are brick-concrete structured houses, and there are several century-old camphor trees.
연구: With the homestay project, designers aim to promote the development of Dajing Village, bring more attention to old village, old camphor trees, and strive to pursue a sound, integrated development of people's life, agricultural activities, and ecology.
영감: The guiding philosophy for the design is to create a paradise in the mountains and forests for visitors to gain the sense of belonging and find inner peace in this old village. By building the relationship between the nature environment in Dajing Village and the site, it aims to provoke people to explore how to align the plan layout based on the surrounding environment.
프로젝트 기간: The project started in January 16, 2019 in Shaoguan and finished in May 17, 2021 in Shaoguan.
운영 흐름: As the master plan shows, the design follows the basic structure of village while integrating its own style by arranging the buildings like an enclosed courtyard.
