Exquisite Wood 책장 소개

정목(精木)은 느티나무(엘름)로 제작된 책장이다. 중국 전통 가구에서 영감을 받은 디자인으로, 네모와 원의 형태를 결합해 간결하면서도 단정한 외관을 구현했다. 각 부재는 금속 나비 나사로 결합되며, 일부 부위에는 장부 구조(맞춤 결구)를 적용했다. 부재는 직선재에서 수치제어(NC) 조각 및 밀링 가공으로 절단하여 재료 손실을 줄였다. 책장은 도구 없이 손으로 조립하고 분해할 수 있어 생산과 운송이 간편하다. 칸막이를 통해 책과 물품을 분류하여 보관할 수 있다.

고유 특성: The shelf is made of elm with thick, heavy and simple appearance. It is connected with metal connectors on the basis of mortise and tenon structure. The bookshelf can be disassembled and assembled by itself. The components are made of elm straight materials to reduce material loss. The metal connectors are butterfly screws. The overall design is convenient for production and transportation and disassembly and assembly by users, Add modern semantics while alleviating boredom.
치수 및 패키징: 1500mm x 4500mm x 1900mm, The mortise and tenon structure used in the solid wood part is in the form of interleaving, and the required wood is straight. It is carved and milled by mechanical numerical control. The overall design is assembled with metal butterfly screws, which is convenient for personal assembly and long-distance transportation, saves processing cost, and is suitable for mass production.
