Rotator 다기능 휴대폰 거치대 소개

로테이터(Rotator)는 무선 충전과 블루투스 스피커 기능을 결합한 다기능 휴대폰 거치대입니다. 이 거치대는 두 가지 충전 자세를 제공하는데, 평평하게 눕혀서 충전하는 방식과 60도 각도로 세워 동영상을 시청하기에 적합하도록 휴대폰을 지지하며 충전하는 방식입니다. 두 개의 지지대는 조작 장치 역할을 하여 스피커 음량과 휴대폰 화면 밝기를 조절할 수 있습니다. 본체는 아크릴 패널이 적용된 알루미늄 케이스로 제작되었으며, CNC 가공과 금속 3D 프린팅을 통해 성형되었습니다. 로테이터의 크기는 90 x 90 x 100밀리미터입니다.

고유 특성: ROTATOR is a wireless charger + Bluetooth speaker that can be rotated as a mobile phone holder. It has two charging methods: one is flat charging, and the other is rotated at an angle of 60 degrees with the ground as a mobile phone stand charging. Two support bars can also be used to adjust the volume of the speaker and the brightness of the phone's screen.

생산 기술: This design is shaped by CNC machining technology and metal 3D printing technology. It's mainly composed of luminum case, wireless quick charging coil, wireless charging chip and acrylic panel.
디자인 과제: The challenge of the design is the innovative method of this phone charger.The technology and idea of this design was found. Still, it was not sure how to integrate each function of phone holder, charger and speaker. After a certain number of sketching and discussing about the project, finally, the proper selections which achieve the desired effect was found.
연구: In a fast-paced modern society where people are often doing more than one thing at a time, it used to be difficult to place a phone on a holder to browse the Web or watch videos while it was charging. If the phone can be placed in a charging phone holder, it will undoubtedly save users a lot of time. Meanwhile, the Bluetooth speaker feature can reduce anxiety by allowing users to play music without worrying about battery drain.
영감: Existing phone holders are often lacking in functionality, only folding or charging. I want to maximize the functions of the mobile phone holder, and realize the combination of mobile phone holder, bluetooth speaker, charging, screen brightness and sound control , so as to provide maximum convenience for users.
프로젝트 기간: The project started in January 2021 in LAFA Industrial Design Studio and finished in December 2021 in National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Industrial Design in LAFA.
운영 흐름: Rotator has three functions: basic phone holder function, wireless charging function and Bluetooth speaker function.People can charge their phones while playing music or watching videos without worrying about losing power, and on top of that, they can adjust volume or brightness via two support sticks. ROTAOR can be adjusted to two angles to place the phone, one is 180° and the other is 60°. The 60° is suitable for people sitting down to watch a video, and the 180° is suitable for people conveniently placing the phone to charge. The design shows the application of ergonomics.
