Bradco 공장 건물 소개

브래드코(Bradco)는 포르투갈 카스텔루 드 파이바에 위치한 시계 스트랩 및 고급 가죽 제품 생산을 위한 산업용 건물이다. 이 공장은 자연광을 중심으로 계획되었다. 지붕에는 여러 개의 천창을 설치하여 생산 구역이 근로자들에게 밝은 환경을 유지하도록 했다. 외관에는 지역에서 생산된 석재를 유리 및 강철과 함께 사용하여 건물을 그 대지와 연결했다. 넓은 유리면은 내부와 주변 경관 사이에 투명성을 만들어낸다. 본 프로젝트는 2019년부터 2020년까지 진행되었다.

고유 특성: Bradco, the Industrial Unit. The factory that produces luxury in Portugal! Located in the municipality of Castelo de Paiva. The industry is distinguished by the fact that it is a company with a lot of light, unlike many.

생산 기술: The objective of this industry was to create a methodology that would provide greater relevance within the building: light. Several skylights were designed on the factory roof so that the interior would convey a better state of mind to the employees. Stone from the region was used abroad to link the building to the territory where it belongs.
디자인 과제: Bradco was a huge creative challenge for EM Paralelo. It was a very attractive architectural project due to its industrial characteristics and for being able to combine a factory in such a beautiful landscape. Representing Bradco in Portugal was a source of pride. Being able to contribute to the growth of the factory and the number of jobs was very challenging.
연구: Bradco industry is an industrial unit in Castelo de Paiva. With the objective of strengthening research and technological development and Innovation, a process that has led, above all, to the increase in jobs, the company of the Swiss business group Brasport activated an investment of more than 3.1 million euros, with financing of more of 1.5 million euros. Company in the sector of manufacture of bracelets and luxury leather goods, in which it assumes itself as a leader.
영감: The inspiration for this project was above all the challenge of designing a different industry with local characteristics.
Materials such as stone from the region, glass and steel were explored.
The landscape was very important in defining the project as it allowed a lot of transparency between the interior and the exterior.
Light has also always been an inspiration for there to be light, especially in the production area.
