Wenzhou Vanke Center 상업 및 업무 복합 건물 소개

원저우 반커 센터는 중국 저장성 원저우시 루청구에 위치한 상업·업무 복합 건물이다. 이 설계는 '산수 도시(山水城市)'의 개념을 적용하여 대나무, 언덕, 시냇물, 오솔길과 같은 중국 전통 요소를 현대적인 구조물 속으로 끌어들였다. 세라믹 패널, 알루미늄 시트, 프린팅 글래스가 파사드를 구성하며, 빛의 폭포와 돌 형태의 계단, 알루미늄 대나무 조형물이 어우러진다. 수변 광장과 대형 계단은 상점들을 인근 공원과 연결하고, 동측에 식재된 수목은 소음을 저감한다. 최상층의 러닝 트랙은 운동과 휴식을 위한 공간을 제공한다.

고유 특성: Wenzhou Vanke Center is located in the central core area of Lucheng District, where the Wenzhou city's top resources and supporting infrastructures are.The basic concept of the design is to create a Shan-shui City, trying to bring traditional Chinese aesthetic elements such as bamboos, hills, streams, mounts, and paths back to the modern building.

디자인 과제: The user's comfort is an important consideration in the design. How to add naturally ventilated window sashes to the facade of glass curtain wall was one of the problems to be solved in this project. The designer finally hided the window in the aluminum line, which not only emphasized the rhythm of the facade, but also provided the possibility for the internal wall setting.
영감: Chinese traditional paitings are the most important inspiration for the design. With a lighting waterfall, stone-shaped steps and aluminum bamboos, the building calls back the old times using modern materials.
프로젝트 기간: The project started in November 2018 in Wenzhou and finished in September 2020 in Wenzhou,China.
운영 흐름: In order to secure the building functions better, waterfront square and big steps are set on the west side to connect the commerce with the surrounding parks, attract people and increase the vitality of the business; On the east side, trees are used to isolate the noise on the outside and provide a quiet place for work. A runway is set on the top floor of the tower to provide a place for workers to exercise and rest.
