Restelo 주거 인테리어 디자인 소개

레스텔루(Restelo)는 포르투갈 리스본에 위치한 빌라의 인테리어 디자인으로, 거실과 현관 홀, 계단을 포함한다. 레이아웃은 개방적이면서 미니멀하다. 현관 홀은 거실을 다이닝룸과 주방으로부터 분리하는 역할을 한다. 맞춤 제작된 책장은 거실과 2층의 홈 오피스를 연결한다. 이 책장은 라이트 그레이와 앤트러사이트 색상으로 래커 도장한 MDF로 제작되었으며, 히든 수납공간을 갖추고 있다. 거실에는 두 개의 좌석 공간이 마련되어 있는데, 하나는 텔레비전 근처의 사교를 위한 공간이고 다른 하나는 정원을 바라보며 휴식을 취할 수 있는 공간이다.

고유 특성: The contemporary architecture and organic and refined lines which define this house leave no one indifferent to it. There is a dark-toned wood console at the entrance and a table lamp flanked by a pair of sliding doors. The most striking pieces, designed by the Atelier, are undoubtedly the custom-made carpet and the two-story bookcase in the living room that connects this space with the office. It is possible to notice several nooks and crannies for decorative items, plants and hidden storage.
치수 및 패키징: Restelo is a villa property where the Atelier designed the entire house. For this particular contest, they are submitting the living room and entry hall. The living room area is 78,89 m2, the stairs area is 12,67 m2, and the hall is 14,12 m2. The joining areas of the hall and the stairs are 26,79 m2.

생산 기술: They developed 3D renders and floor plans throughout this home's design to best support their ideas and showed their client what their interior design project would resemble.
The Atelier combined custom-made pieces with specially picked design items from renowned brands such as Minotti, Rimadesio, Cattelan, Trussardi and Arketipo.
The Atelier drew the bookshelf. It was made of MDF wood lacquered light gray and anthracite and is two-story in height.
디자인 과제: One of the biggest challenges faced by the Atelier Ana Rita Soares team was to keep the refined architectural blueprint and transform it into a cosy and comfortable space without ever taking it away from its essence. After widespread research and some 3D renders, they brought this cosiness to the rooms using fabrics, pillows, accessories, and rugs (designed by them).
연구: They designed this house according to the client's taste, who appreciated contemporaneity, minimalist, and above all, sophistication. During this project, there were lots of interaction and a free communication channel between the Atelier and its client, resulting in a unique space.
Their work method consists of having a specialized team performing extensive research and 3D proposals on each project. They develop cohesive designs that mirror our client's perspectives, as well as their style and vision.
영감: The Atelier Ana Rita Soares, known for its tailor-made projects, was challenged to develop a project for a whole villa. Their clients are hotel chain owners who enjoy receiving and entertaining people. They wanted an open floor print, prioritizing living spaces. Building a concept from that reality, the Atelier designed spaces that were city-inspired. During this project, they sketched it in an open-space style, and they included a biophilic design linking the city idea and the house's location.
프로젝트 기간: This project started during the house construction in 2016, and they finished it in 2020. The house location is in Lisbon, Portugal.
운영 흐름: The entry hall is a warm welcome that separates the social areas: the living room area, from the dining room and kitchen, which centre around cooking and sharing.
The Atelier divided the living room into two sitting spaces with different purposes. The first one is to promote socializing around the tv area, while the second one, turned towards the garden, encourages relaxation and enjoyment of the view.
The bookcase is a linking element since it connects the living room to the home office on the second floor.
