Cinque 소파 소개

Cinque는 나사나 못 없이 손쉽게 조립할 수 있도록 디자인된 3인용 소파입니다. 독창적인 인터로킹(맞물림) 시스템을 통해 도구 없이도 필요할 때마다 손으로 조립하고 해체할 수 있습니다. 구조체는 자작나무 합판에 Fenix 소재를 접합하여 수치제어(CNC) 가공으로 성형했습니다. 쿠션은 에코 레더 또는 수작업으로 제작한 천연 패브릭으로 마감되었습니다. 소파의 크기는 205 x 88 x 73센티미터이며, 분해했을 때는 높이가 단 10센티미터에 불과해 좁은 공간에도 보관할 수 있습니다. 실내용과 실외용 버전이 모두 제공됩니다.

디자인 과제: In addition to the conception of the interlocking system, the concept of Cinque is to demonstrate that it is possible to reduce the use of plastic and hardware for the creation of large-volume furniture.
연구: The aim of the project is to create a sofa that can be disassembled and reassembled without the aid of tools and hardware, eliminating the plastic in the packaging and that is recyclable. The Cinque sofa is available in both indoor and outdoor versions where it finds its maximum functionality: when in the winter the sofa has no reason to be used outdoors, it can easily be disassembled and put away, taking up minimal space.
영감: In my removals, the sofa was the most difficult and complex piece of furniture to move. Remembering the Legos I had as a child, I wanted to make this object light, removable and not bulky.
프로젝트 기간: The initial project was born in 2013 for a design competition. Exhibited at the Fuori Salone del Mobile in Milan in the same year and at the Italian Cultural Institute in Vienna on the occasion of the Design Week. It was reborn in 2021 in collaboration with a local carpentry.
운영 흐름: The sofa, static and bulky furniture, becomes transportable. It can be disassembled and reassembled as often as desired without the need for tools.
