레이크빌 리젠시 레지던스는 중국 상하이 중심부에 위치한 개인 주택입니다. 인테리어는 모던 콜로니얼 스타일로 디자인되었으며, 공간 전반에 걸쳐 블랙과 화이트가 대비를 이룹니다. 마감재로는 작은 벽돌 형태로 재단한 테라조, 직조 질감의 벽지, 그리고 극동 건축의 디테일을 담은 셔터가 사용되었습니다. 거실에는 미니멀한 아일랜드와 행잉 벽난로가 자리합니다. 히든 도어와 콘센트 패널 같은 디테일은 최소한의 방식으로 처리하여, 기능을 유지하면서도 공간의 분위기를 해치지 않도록 했습니다. 이 주택의 면적은 280제곱미터입니다.

디자인 과제: It is extremely challenging to create a colonial style design in the economic center of the East. After thinking, the design uses black and white as a contrast, the materials use small brick terrazzo, woven texture paper, and shutters with Far Eastern architectural style, showing a strong oriental flavor and colonialism.
연구: We wanted to create a modern, minimalist colonial style space in Shanghai, the most prosperous city in China.The colors are contrasted with black and white. 영감: Shanghai is a place where Eastern and Western cultures converge.This project is located in the center of Shanghai.The interior space is designed in a colonial style.
