Biguiyuan 주거 인테리어 디자인 소개

비구이위안(Biguiyuan)은 중국 사오관에 위치한 4층 규모 빌라의 주거 인테리어 디자인이다. 약 800제곱미터 규모의 이 주택에는 여섯 명의 가족과 고양이 한 마리가 거주한다. 지어진 지 20년 된 이 빌라 단지는 동남아시아풍 건축 양식을 보여준다. 실내는 유럽 고전주의 양식을 따르되, 전통적인 기둥과 아치를 단순한 기하학적 형태로 대체하여 재해석했다. 흑백 사진에서 영감을 받은 강렬한 흑백 대비가 각 공간의 성격을 규정한다. 스테인리스 스틸, 철, 유리, 세라믹 타일이 사용되었으며, 풍수 조건이 평면 구성의 기준이 되었다.

고유 특성: This project is in an upscale villa complex in Shaoguan, Guangdong Province, China, which was a 20-year-old villa complex with some Southeast Asian architecture. The client’s house is about 800 square meters, a total of 4 floors.

This is a family of six and a cat. The client is demanding of “feng shui” and “numerology” with unique requirements. We need to meet the aesthetics and functionality while also must satisfy the special “feng shui” requirements.

디자인 과제: This project does not have many special new craftsmanship in the construction, but the real difficulty is the control of the color black and white ratio in the design process. Because we want the design to be as simple as possible, but we also want to have a strong visual effect. In the end, our design can successfully present unique colors, it depends on our experience of the past dozens of times to grasp the accurate color ratio.

영감: The design is inspired by the strong black-and-white contrast in black-and-white photography. The client like the design style to be European classical. At the same time the designers want to add some modern and exaggerated visual effects, so we used some geometry instead of the original classic-style columns, arches and other symbols in the design process.

Coupled with a strong contrast of black and white colors, finally the client is very satisfied with the special effects presented by the design.
