Link 링 소개

링크는 체인의 형태에서 영감을 받은 실버 반지입니다. 이 디자인은 서로 연결된 고리들로 구성되어 있어 착용자가 고리를 추가하거나 제거할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 반지가 매번 새로운 형태를 취할 수 있습니다. 중앙에 위치한 복잡한 고리들은 미니멀한 실버 베이스와 대조를 이루며, 질서와 무질서 사이의 균형을 만들어냅니다. 반지는 보는 각도에 따라 그 모습이 달라집니다. 절단, 성형, 용접 작업은 모두 수작업으로 이루어졌습니다. 체인은 통합을, 그리고 인간과 자연 사이의 유대를 상징합니다.

고유 특성: Each apparently invaluable piece can turn into a precious and meaningful piece. We only need to change our attitude towards the issues around us. Link consists of the loops and the user can either add or remove every hoop or piece and create a new form each time.

생산 기술: The processes of cutting, forming and welding were completely done by hand.
디자인 과제: Link has been designed and made in a way that the user is able to either add or remove the number of hoops.
연구: In the design of this ring, the dynamism of form, understanding of human-nature relationship and the human themselves has been taken into consideration. The hoops used in this piece represent the universe in which the destruction of even one hoop will be dealt with punishment. One of the other properties of “link” ring is its view(appearance) which are different in different views.
영감: The word Sustain means to keep alive and also the understanding of the relation between human beings and the nature and also the human beings with each other. The universe is a set of chains and there will be a punishment even if one of its hoops is destroyed. The ability of a chain is equal to the ability of its weakest hoop and due to this reason, everybody should cooperate like chain and show the importance of survival to the others with unity and reduce the amount of the nature destruction that badly impacts the mankind day after day.
프로젝트 기간: This project kicked off in 2020 and was finalized after making the primary sample in 2021.
운영 흐름: In the design process of Link piece, with all the simplicities, the visual aspects have been the priority and the chain are the symbol of unity and bond. The complicated hoops in the center of the ring and also the minimal structure of the base part of silver, has made a beautiful and balanced design of unity and order with the disorder.
