장먼 진디 밍위에(Jiangmen Gemdale Mingyue)는 중국 광둥성 장먼시에 위치한 판매 센터입니다. 600제곱미터 규모의 실내 공간에서는 신축 건물의 건설 계획을 방문객에게 소개하며, 방문객은 현장에서 영업 담당자를 만나 주택을 구매할 수 있습니다. 선과 크리스털 요소가 어우러져 조화로운 공간적 시각을 완성합니다. 기능 영역들은 뚜렷한 경계 없이 공간 전반에 걸쳐 질서 있게 배치되었습니다. 새들의 낙원(Bird Paradise)을 주요 테마로 삼아 자연적 요소와 지역 문화를 결합하였습니다. 사용된 소재로는 화이트 및 크레마 핀타 석재, 캐슬 그레이 석재, 브론즈 스테인리스 스틸이 있습니다.

There is no obvious boundary between the functional areas and various areas are scattered in space in order. As the main theme of the space, the design element, “Bird Paradise” integrates the natural elements with local culture and create a space which fits in with modern aesthetics.

영감: The project is located in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, where is the hometown of overseas Chinese. Also, designers integrate the exotic customs of Jiangmen Diaolou with the local culture as well as the Western architectural aesthetics and traditional Chinese culture.
