House in Sinjyo 주거 건물 소개

신조의 주택은 일본 와카야마현 다나베시에 위치한 단층 주거 건물이다. 대지는 통행량이 많은 국도 우회도로 아래에 자리하고 있어, 주택의 외벽에는 개구부를 두지 않아 거주하는 부부의 사생활을 보호한다. 정사각형 평면이 경사지의 좁은 평탄부를 가득 채운다. 남측에 마련된 라이트코트는 빛과 바람을 끌어들이며, 거실과 욕실이 이를 공유한다. 이 중정은 거실보다 두 단 높게 설정되었다. 천장에 닿지 않고 멈추는 벽이 생활 공간과 물 사용 공간을 구획한다. 구조는 목조이다.

고유 특성: The site is located in Tanabe City, Wakayama Prefecture, overlooked by a step down from a busy national highway bypass.
The couple who built the house requested privacy from the national highway and a simple space like a hotel to relax for the two of them.

디자인 과제: We focused on creating an open space despite the wooden structure's structural limitations.
연구: A study of the floor plan to achieve two contradictory goals at the same time: to let light and wind into the living space while blocking sound and sight from the bypass.
영감: The site is almost a slope. We planned the maximum building area in a square on the small amount of flat land, with no openings outside for privacy.
A spacious light court is placed on the south side of the house, shared by the living room and bathroom.
A single wall that does not reach the ceiling separates the LDK from the water area to enjoy the light court space without being too segmented.
We set the light court two stairs higher than the living room to feel closer to the outside.
