Beauty of Life Academy of China Resource 분양 사무소(모델하우스) 소개

화룬(China Resource)의 뷰티 오브 라이프 아카데미(Beauty of Life Academy)는 중국 순이(Shunyi)에 위치한 분양 사무소이다. 502제곱미터 규모의 실내 공간은 '경계 없음(unbounded)'을 주제로 삼았다. 유선형의 곡선은 방문객을 로비에서 시작해 아트 갤러리, 중앙 전시 공간, 빛과 그림자의 갤러리, 그리고 물가에 면한 VIP룸으로 자연스럽게 이끈다. 이 곡선들은 공간 사이의 경계를 부드럽게 허물며 건축과 조경, 실내 공간을 하나로 융합한다. 마감재로는 골든 모카 스톤, GRG 유리섬유 보드, 목공 마감, 텍스처 페인트, 스테인리스 스틸이 사용되었다. 본 프로젝트는 2019년 8월에 완공되었다.
