레아 아네 뤼미에르(Lea Annees Lumiere)는 중국 광둥성 칭위안에 위치한 빌라의 인테리어 디자인이다. 이 프로젝트는 190제곱미터 규모로, 계단 파티오를 중심으로 4개 층에 걸쳐 전개된다. 주요 자재로는 대리석, 번트 스톤, 메탈, 수입 패브릭이 사용되었으며, 카펫에는 실크가 함유되어 부드러운 촉감을 전한다. 구리 판재로 제작한 핸드메이드 설치물이 계단 보이드를 관통하며 이어진다. 우드 톤은 블랙, 화이트, 그레이와 어우러져 차분하고 자연스러운 분위기를 만들어낸다. 지하층에는 거실, 헬스장, 와인 셀러, 바가 자리한다.

At a time when private life is becoming more and more public, returning to oneself can be reckoned as awakening, and even a way to freedom.

Lightings at the staircase are designed as more human oriented spot light. Evenly distributed lights from the wall to staircase area creates a gentle and warm atmosphere.
The contradiction between the geometrical toughness and lightness also brings a dynamic feeling into the space.
The design of master bedroom in the villa follows the shape of Chinese sloping roof. Hard furnishing design chooses a more open up way to place the layout.

A hand made art installation made of copper sheets that runs through the 4 storey staircase patio is as light as a flying ribbon.
디자인 과제: Basement 1st floor of this villa as a multifunction area that is consisted of living room, gym, wine cellar, bar, etc. presents more personality of its owner in design.
연구: Architecture of this project pays homage to the inner message of Lingnan building, providing people with a relaxing and tolerated living area. By exploring authentic local expression of design, the interior and FF&E design managed to create a distinctive personality while resonate to the spirit of the architecture. With wood color as the basic tone, accompanied by black, white and gray, a natural, comfy and high-end living atmosphere comes into being.
영감: In the wave of globalization, younger generations in China generates brand new understandings of the tradition and inheritance based on their cross cultural experience. It is a coexistence of the collective memory of the past and fresh ideas rooted in the context of life, culture and the specific times they live in.
A handmade vase by artist, a lovely piece of decoration, and a relaxing chair etc each and every one of them is closely related to people's daily life.
프로젝트 기간: The project started in July 2019 in Qingyuan, Guangdong and finished in December 2019 in Qingyuan, Guangdong.
운영 흐름: It reimagines people's life from a contemporary perspective while echoes to spirit of the Greater Bay area. It's inclusive and multi-dimensional global aesthetics leaves a lot of room for people with rich experience to interpret.With a global language of expression, the design echoes to the sentiments of contemporary people, which is also the leading philosophy of HUAMO international's design.
