위저우 랭함(Yuzhou Langham)은 중국 포산시에 위치한 760제곱미터 규모의 판매 센터입니다. 주얼리 박스에서 영감을 받은 디자인으로, 모던하고 컨템포러리한 예술적 요소를 도입했습니다. 공간 레이아웃은 중국 전통 중정(中庭)에서 착안하여 회랑을 갖춘 반개방형 공간으로 재해석했습니다. 회랑에는 초현실주의적 인터랙티브 아트 설치물을 배치했으며, 메탈 그리드 스크린이 공간을 분할하면서도 투과성을 유지합니다. 마감재로는 아이리시 그린 스톤, 세 가지 색상의 세라믹 타일, 카키색 도장 보드를 사용했습니다.

고유 특성: Each space has its own memory point and are well integrate with each other. The project also specially places a surrealist interactive art installation on the veranda. Also, the project divides the space with the metal grid screen which maintains the space transparency. The pillar combining with the use of wall lights reshapes the space sequence.

디자인 과제: Out of the understanding of the oriental aesthetics, the project uses the radula green as the main tone while pays special attention to the texture of the materials, using natural stone and wood veneer to build an elegant atmosphere.
연구: The project lays its foundation in the culture in Foshan City. By analyzing three major design techniques, the project explains how to use space to achieve the integration of modern urban civilization and traditional culture.
영감: Designers drew the inspiration from a jewelry box and introduce various modern and contemporary art elements into the project. As to the spatial layout, designers draw on the traditional Chinese courtyard and then re-deconstruct it by making it as a half-open space with verandas.
프로젝트 기간: The project is located in Foshan City, China. It takes about two months to finish the construction.

They will see the overall construction plan of the buildings here and can get in touch with sales managers if they have any questions and can make the purchase of houses here.
