진마오 위에산(Jinmao Yueshan)은 중국 우시에 위치한 총면적 1,300제곱미터 규모의 부동산 판매 센터이다. 인테리어는 지역 문화 요소를 차용한 신중국풍 양식을 따른다. 공간 배치는 전면부에 판매 공간을, 후면부에 업무 공간을 두었다. 디자인은 인근의 산수 경관과 선(禪), 다도, 서예 예술에서 영감을 얻었다. 대리석, 그레이 목재 마감재, 브론즈 스테인리스 스틸 부재, 베이지 가죽, 핸드페인팅 월페이퍼, 망입유리가 주요 자재로 사용되었다. 이러한 자재들은 한정된 예산에 맞추어 선정되었다.

고유 특성: This property sales office features new Chinese style with local cultural elements.
It is composed by sales space in the front area and the working space in the back area.
치수 및 패키징: The total area is 1300 square meters.

생산 기술: The main materials include marble, gray wood finishes, delicate bronze stainless steel components, beige leather, hand-painted wallpaper, wire glass, etc. The original plan designed a landscape painting stone. Due to the high cost, a landscape painting in silk-screened glass replaced the stone. And it also achieved good results.
디자인 과제: The main challenges are the adjustment in construction and short design period. It is a great challenge for the designers to work out a high quality construction drawings in a limited period of time. Due to the budget, the selection of material is also a challenge. To fulfill the task, the design team has divided the work reasonably and kept working on several weekends. Finally, the project has applied for high quality materials in a limited time and budget.
연구: After communication with the client, the design team worked out and adjusted the layout to meet the needs of client. The finalized plan is the co-working of the both sides. After completion, the overall effect of project has surpassed the original design expectations; and the feedback from the owner was also very good; it was also regarded as a typical project in the area for related personnel to visit and learn.
영감: The inspiration comes from three aspects: the local mountain and river landscape, the Zen, the tea ceremony and calligraphic art.
프로젝트 기간: The project started in November 2017 and completed in April 2018. It is located in Wuxi, China.
운영 흐름: After investigating the project site, the design team took advantage of the scenic spot "Doosan" and integrated the surrounding natural landscape into the project. The mountain, water and tea are the main design elements in the sales office, fully showing the local culture.
팀원: GP Design
