Air Of Elegance 주거 인테리어 디자인 소개

에어 오브 엘레강스(Air Of Elegance)는 약 122제곱미터 규모의 주거 인테리어 디자인이다. 이 주택은 현관, 개방형 서재, 개방형 다이닝룸과 주방, 침실 3개와 욕실 2개로 구성된다. 각 공간마다 부티크 호텔을 연상시키는 요소들이 배치되었다. 입구에는 양면 수납장과 황갈색 유리를 활용해 독립된 복도가 조성되었다. 벽난로 형태로 디자인된 텔레비전 수납장은 거실의 주된 초점이 된다. 커다란 창은 주방으로 자연광을 끌어들인다. 이동 가능한 가구는 개방된 공간을 차분한 영역들로 구획한다.

고유 특성: The client raises a pair of lively twins. Busyness and intense in daily life is such that they particularly miss the time of traveling and being on vacations when they can enjoy peace and quiet. The design team arranged the layout complying with the features of the base, and placed elements similar to boutique hotels into each area, creating an interior environment where the children can grow up safe and sound while the couple could get to enjoy an elegant life.
치수 및 패키징: It is about 122 square meters inside the building. It includes a foyer, an open-spaced study, an open-spaced dining room and kitchen along with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

디자인 과제: The client made a demand on spacious master bedroom and open-spaced study in living room; however, large panel of windows coming along with the base kept us from placing the partition walls freely. In that case, the design team needed to precisely plan on the proper proportion of each functional space, and to use special shaped cabinets to make the most of the space while stay spacious enough.
연구: At the entrance, a separated hallway is formed by doubled sided cabinet and tawny glasses. To the left of it is public spaces, such as a living room, a study and a kitchen, the design team make the TV cabinet, which is shaped as a fireplace, the main focus, since there is a large window in the kitchen area, it is built as a sunlight kitchen. To the right of the hallway lie several private regions, on that path, artistic atmosphere is cultivated by built in cabinet with irregular cutting lines and painting hanging track.
영감: Snuggling up beside the fireplace with coffee and books in hand, sitting around the kitchen island with a few friends, bathing in the sun, revealing its own beauty and uniqueness when a glimmer of light beaming from the wall lamp... Those are lives that the client expected, which also became the theme of the entire design.
프로젝트 기간: The project finished in August, 2018 in Zhubei city in Hsinchu county, Taiwan.
운영 흐름: In order to keep the feature that the base gets enough natural light from several windows while allowing the couple to take the toddlers in hand, the design team apply fully-open technique in public spaces. With different facades and movable furniture moving around and settling down among all the areas in various combinations, we can build up invisible borders and divide the open space into different regions.
