In addition to the dough prepare and lamination, the Mamma Mia also cuts the pasta with different thickness, being able to prepare a variety of dishes: pasta, noodles, lasagna, bread, pastry, pizza, etc.

The engine is totally integrated in the transmission set, offering robustness and safe use, in addition to facilitate the cleaning and regular maintenance.

Өндіріс технологиясы: The manufacturing process uses the following technologies: metal stamping and plastic injection. The product receives in some parts that composes it, the epoxy painting process as well. The materials used are: carbon steel, 304 stainless steel rollers, ABS plastic, nylon, armor-plated bearings and LEDs.

The idea of export, meets technical international, health legislation and leads all demands. Efficient and modern was marked as directions, even as to take advantage of the current production process to ensure low investment in tools. Hydro had its first experience with design and Mamma Mia inaugurates a new strategy to be adopted to future portfolio.

Its design is not limited to the stereotype of traditional products and brings differentiation through a reinterpretation of the past, connecting the object to the current lifestyle and finally delivering a pleasurable experience with gourmet high performance.

2. turns on the laminator and passes the dough through the rolling cylinders;
3. adjust the laminator to obtain a greater dough thickness and gradually decrease it by adjusting the handle until the desirable thickness;
4. dough can be cut like a tagliarini pasta by passing it through the cutter nozzle.
