Бірегей қасиеттер: The design project combining the clear-cut geometric planes and delicate multi-layered lights and shadows converts the irregular outdoor space into an excellent landscaping space with multiple layers and diverse functions. Whenever the residents walking by the public artwork at the entrance, by the pools and by the walk paths can feel the expectation of the residential community and the warm welcome from home.

The massive thin pool landscaping, on the roof, reduces the surrounding temperature. In the courtyard, the minimum number of facilities whose simple design and the public space whose multi functions reduce the impact of construction on the environment.

Шабыт: The evergreen plants grown in the public space can reduce the maintenance and management costs. The drought-tolerant plants can thrive with little water, therefore reducing water usage. The pools accordantly corresponding to the surrounding fountain bring about the goal to protect natural environment and reduce the effect of an urban heat island.
Жұмыс процесі: The roof garden which demonstrates the concept of sustainable energy is grown with the native insect-resistant plants in Taiwan. The ground cover plants which need less soil reduce the structure floor load and the amount of the concrete furnished on the roof, all of which effectively reduce the indoor temperature and the usage of air conditioning.
