- Situated in a low-density residential building in Kowloon Tong, adjacent to the serene Broadcast Drive, this apartment has been reimagined by Handover Studio (HOS) to cater to the rising trend of remote work. On the side facing Lion Rock, the design incorporates a slender, multifunctional performance area that serves as both a home cinema and a live piano space. From this vantage point, residents can enjoy panoramic views of Kowloon Tong, immersing themselves in the tranquility and vibrancy of artistic living.
To facilitate a smoother transition from the city's fast pace, a semi-enclosed foyer at the entrance functions as a buffer zone between the outside world and the home. Equipped with concealed shoe cabinets and wardrobes, the foyer provides both practical storage solutions and a calming moment of pause, inviting residents to slow down and reconnect with the warmth of home. - ზომები და შეფუთვა

Underfoot, warm-toned herringbone stone tiles gracefully transition to the lustrous sheen of white jade marble and bespoke timber finishes, imparting a sense of calm, substance, and quiet luxury.
