- This is a roughcast apartment project to design from scratch. Due to the limited budget, the plumbing, structure, partition and design were all included in the budget, so the designer included the plumbing and structure into the design when working on this project. In order to reduce the cost, the designer used dynamic design to reduce the number of partitions, and achieved the decorative effect by elevation, cement coating, and wood grain finish to enrich the space with warmth of home. In the structural protrusions, pipes and all kinds of lines, customed designed cladding structure to hide, presenting a clean visual space.
- In an interior space full of lines and angles, balancing the excessive angles and lines in the space is an important issue. The designer used a symmetrical configuration on the wall shared by the storage room and the guest room, aiming at balancing the spontaneous lines in the space through a large symmetrical configuration and making the space orderly in a chaotic way.
- The owner works in the steel industry and his products are all sharp and angular, so the designer took cool colors and angular lines in the space to show the background of the owner. The concept of the runway was used as a design idea to show the owner's self-expression as a business owner, and the designer wished the owner a bright and soaring future.

In addition to more efficient use of space, the frameless design bus door makes the walls look cleaner and neat. A window was also opened on the wall between the master bathroom and the bedroom, allowing light from the bathroom window to penetrate into the bedroom, increasing the light and temperature inside. The headboard is shaped in a trapezoidal form to wrap around the protruding structural beams to create a functional finish.
