La Espressoは、旅先での使用を想定して設計されたポータブルエスプレッソメーカーです。La Espressoは、加熱・挽き・抽出・ミルクフォーミングをひとつのコンパクトなシステムに統合した、電源不要のコーヒーセットです。エスプレッソ抽出を象徴するおなじみのポルタフィルター(抽出ハンドル)は、抽出時に力を加える支点として機能します。セットにはグラインダー、抽出シリンダー、ミルクフォーミングカップ、そして携帯用ガスバーナーが含まれます。素材にはステンレススチール、金属、亜鉛合金、ラバーを使用しています。専用のトラベルバッグが各パーツを保護し、自宅を離れた場所でもコーヒーを淹れ、分かち合うことができます。

独自の特性: Travel-style coffee set. The traditional La espresso machine is not portable. With the structure of a non-electric espresso machine, it integrates all the brewing coffee processes from heating, grinding beans, extracting, and frothing, so those coffee lovers can feel like drinking coffee at home.

プロジェクト期間: The project started in November 2020 in Taipei and finished in February 2021 in TAIWAN Taipei.
オペレーションフロー: 1.Traveling with LA ESPRESSO
2.Take the coffee platform and place the coffee utensils.
3.Start heating hot water,preheat the cylinder and extract.
4.Grind the coffee beans quickly to spread the powder on the powder tray and compact it.
5.Combine the tray and extraction appliance based on the coffee powder disc.
The cylinder introduces hot water and waits for seconds, adds the piston and the force handle, stabilizes the pressure, and easily extracts for 20-35 seconds.
6.Heating milk + frothing milk.
7.Enjoy a cup of good coffee.
