The Z Shaped Creation 集合住宅について

「Z Shaped Creation」は、キプロスのファソウラに建つバイオクライマティックな住宅建築である。白いZ字型のフォルムが建物のモルフォロジーを規定している。内部空間は、この白いフォルムの空隙に挿入されたヴォリュームとして構成されている。設計はミニマルなアプローチによる単純な幾何学に従い、打ち放しコンクリート、大面積の木製サーフェス、ニュートラルな白色を用いている。住宅は3層構成で延床面積230平方メートル、地下1層と地上2層からなる。地下階は斜面に埋め込まれ、駐車スペースを収め、石積みによって構築されている。

独自の特性: A bioclimatic house in Fasoula, where the creation of a white Z shaped form, characterizes the morphology of the building. The spaces were translated in volumes which created a composition that was placed into the cavities of this white form. The design is moved by simple geometries touching the modern minimalistic trends, which led to the use of exposed concrete, large wooden surfaces and the use of the neutral white color.

デザインの課題: The integration of bioclimatic methods into the development of the design, combined with the need of an operational building, was the main creative challenge of our design.
リサーチ: Through our design, we wanted to investigate whether the integration of bioclimatic methods into the development of the design, could result a harmonious, functional composition.
インスピレーション: The inspiration that triggered the design of this bioclimatic solar house in Fasoula, Cyprus, was the will to create a white Z shaped form, that was going to characterize the morphology of the building.
プロジェクト期間: The design started in 2017, and the construction in 2019. The project was completed in 2020.
オペレーションフロー: A minimalistic three-level house, placed in a slope, with the parking spaces made in the earth, as a basement. This was built with stone masonry, willing to highlight the relationship between the building and the environment and to create a solid morphological base for the development of the design, which is moved by simple geometries touching the modern minimalist trends.
