Spoon 妊娠検査薬について

Spoonは、家庭で使用する使い捨てタイプの妊娠検査薬です。フォルムはスプーンから着想を得ており、柔らかな小さな形状と、持ち手部分の広い面が特徴です。プライベートで感情の動く場面で使用される製品であるため、すべてのエッジに丸みを持たせ、親しみやすい印象に仕上げました。グリップ部分は傾斜をつけて大きくすることで、優れた人間工学性と直感的な使いやすさを実現しています。Spoonのサイズは130×25×10ミリメートル、重量は14グラムです。本体はカーボンフットプリントを削減するため射出成形バイオプラスチック製とし、各部品の肉厚を最適に調整することで материалの節約を図っています。

独自の特性: Design of this product started in the analysis of the moment of use. This is a single use product, meant to be used in a very intimate, precious, emotional moment of a woman's life. Therefore all shapes have been softened and rounded in order to have a friendly look and grip area has been tilted and expanded for a better ergonomics.

デザインの課題: The wider and tilted grip area required more complex geometry. Main challenge has been to design those shapes being sure that injected plastic pieces were going to match each other perfectly with very little tolerances
リサーチ: Project started with a detailed market research, supported by a research on materials and production techniques.
User interaction and emotions are key factor in this project, therefore shape had to be friendly and comfortable.
インスピレーション: Shapes and name of this project take inspiration by the spoon. Small soft shapes with a wider surface for the handle area.
