Regarding Multifunctional Snow Chains Rescue and Safety
Multifunctional Snow Chains is a vehicle accessory made for winter driving and outdoor rescue. Each snow chain is fastened to a tire with a canvas strap to improve grip on icy urban roads. Handles on both sides rotate to fit different wheel sizes, so the chains suit most tires on the market. Several chain units can also be assembled into an escape board for use in desert, silt and swamp conditions, where a wheel can lose traction. The modular structure replaces a bulky escape board and saves storage space inside the car.

- Unique Properties
- This product has two main functions and application scenarios: First, a single multifunctional snow chain can be tied to the wheels for driving safety on urban roads in winter. Second, it can be applied to desert, silt and swamp. When the wheels are in crisis, the multifunctional snow chains can be modularly assembled into escape boards to cope with unexpected situations.
- Inspiration
- The inspiration for the design of this product is mainly from the observation of existing automotive supplies. The use of anti-skid chains and escape plates in automotive supplies is also relatively high, and the escape plates occupy a large amount of car space.
- Research
- In the development of outdoor products in China, research and development and design must take the road of innovation and reference. Regarding the ideas and methods of outdoor product design, the scenario story method and mind map are used to stimulate product design ideas and promote design innovation, thereby guiding consumption through design and promoting the development of outdoor leisure activities.
