Design Details
- Unique Properties
- As the world’s first full process AI livestreaming system, our product offers four key capabilities. Smart cards based on livestream scenarios cover the entire livestream workflow. It moves beyond passive tools by detecting streamer stumbles and data anomalies, then proactively suggesting scripts or optimizations. Complex operations such as product listing or removal and price changes are completed with a single voice command. A dark, immersive interface with low brightness delivers a futuristic yet practical experience while reducing power consumption and supporting environmental sustainability.
- Inspiration
- During detailed visits to independent streamers, we observed that they faced several core challenges. Solo operations led to chaos in tasks such as product listing and price adjustments, unstructured product explanations, and difficulty interpreting livestream data. We realized that existing tools were not truly helping them, which reduced their enthusiasm for streaming and limited their income growth. By drawing on Kuaishou’s mature AI capabilities, we designed a full process AI livestream assistant that lowers barriers and helps independent streamers build a more stable income.
- Research
- We interviewed 15 users and surveyed one million creators, gaining 2,093 valid responses. Results showed 80 percent lacked structure in product pitching, 42.9 percent found operations cumbersome, and 47.1 percent struggled with data and engagement. We adopted “simple and direct” as the core design principle, using voice commands, smart prompts, and automatic data diagnostics with no extra learning.
- Challenge
- Challenge 1: Turn complex live streaming workflows into clear guidance. We broke down pro teams' work before, during, and after a stream and built AI modules to cover scripts, comment replies, and data based strategy. Challenge 2: Make dense comments and metrics easy for lower tier users to grasp. We show data and suggestions in simple visuals and plain language. Challenge 3: Combine NLP, data analysis, and voice control so small streamers get full support without a team.
- Realization and Technology
- 1. Our core technologies use NLP to automatically group and summarize comments, generate product pitching prompts, and match them to livestream scenes. 2. A data engine that works in real time detects abnormal data and outputs quick diagnostic advice. 3. Voice interaction recognizes and executes commands for all product operations. 4. The model is trained on large live commerce corpora, so scripts match real streams and do not sound mechanical.
- Operation and Interaction
- Smart cards are pushed in real time based on dynamic livestream scenarios, so no complex actions are required, and streamers can simply read along or apply them with one click. They assist product explanation with tailored prompts, summarize and group audience questions into reply cards, and push diagnostic tips when data becomes unstable. All key product operations can be done with voice commands alone, covering listing, removal, ordering, and inventory or price changes without manual work.
- Project Duration and Location
- Project Timeline: Design research was kicked off in March 2025; after finalizing the design direction in May, design drafts were initiated. Following several months of design iteration and project R&D, the product was launched and put into use in November 2025.
- Specifications
- This design is a mobile AI livestream assistant with three technical features. The core AI model is highly compressed to reduce lag on entry level phones. Voice command recognition reaches at least 95 percent accuracy in 60 dB noise, with response time under 500 ms for comment sorting and script generation. A UI tuned for OLED screens and lower energy use reduces power consumption by about 30 percent.
