Unique Properties
Batchwell refreshed its branding and packaging to reflect its true identity—quality cocktails made effortless. Designed with the modern consumer in mind, the innovative packaging features lightweight, resealable pouches with individually portioned sachets, ensuring perfectly balanced drinks in seconds. This eliminates the hassle of measuring and cleanup while enhancing portability and durability. The revitalized design strengthens Batchwell’s connection with consumers, blending style, function, and convenience seamlessly.
Inspiration
Batchwell’s rebranding was inspired by the idea of making quality cocktails effortlessly accessible. The goal was to bridge the gap between convenience and craft, ensuring that anyone—whether hosting, traveling, or simply unwinding—could enjoy a great drink without the hassle. The design draws inspiration from the bold energy of vintage cocktail culture, reimagined through a modern-retro lens to feel fresh, fun, and approachable. The vibrant color palette, playful typography, and intuitive packaging reflect Batchwell’s free-spirited nature, making every mix an experience worth savoring.
Research
Designed for Real Moments Beyond aesthetics, our packaging is designed to be easily transportable and practical. Our new pouches make the product easier to ship and less susceptible to damage. The packaging is lightweight, resealable, and easy to carry. The individual sachets ensure consistency and the perfect cocktail every time. A New Era Our refreshed design has helped paint a clearer picture of what our product is, bridging the gap for first-time customers and further appealing to those who are ready for another round. We’re continuing our mission to make high-quality cocktails more convenient, portable, and fun.
Challenge
While the old packaging represented the quality of the product, it didn’t represent the settings in which customers use the product(on the go, travel, adventure). The new design speaks to that and embodies the true nature of the product use.
Realization and Technology
Flexible packaging - less susceptible to damage, Brighter/bolder colors - encompasses a more authentic feel for product fit, Illustrations - paint a much clearer picture of what the product is.
Operation and Interaction
Batchwell’s refreshed branding and packaging embody its essence—premium quality made effortlessly enjoyable. The bold, modern-retro design, with vibrant colors and refined illustrations, reflects its free-spirited yet artisanal nature. Balancing shelf impact with a premium feel, the new look enhances visibility and usability, inviting consumers to celebrate, reminisce, and unwind with every sip.
