Carlsberg Interior Design is an office interior created for Carlsberg Vietnam, covering an area of 1100 square meters. The workplace is flexible and adaptable, and it responds to the needs of individual employees. Quiet areas allow focused work, while open areas support group projects and shared discussion. The layout can be changed easily, so seating and other elements are rearranged as business needs change. A hybrid work model is supported, so work can be carried out at the office or at home. About A' Design Award & Competition

A' Design Award & Competition is an international, juried design accolade organized annually since 2008. The competition is open to entries from all countries. Inspiration
The interior design of the Carlsberg Vietnam office draws inspiration from the concept of "probably the best beer in the world" and fulfills the client's specifications for a welcoming, high-quality office that expresses the vision of Carlsberg. - ADP conduct the Workplace Index Survey to understand the employees' need while using the focus group interview for the management team and Board of Director
Challenge
One of the main challenges in designing the Carlsberg office is to balance the company's image and heritage with modern design trends. Carlsberg is a well-known beer brand with a rich history that spans more than 170 years. As such, the office should reflect the brand's legacy and cultural heritage, while also incorporating modern design elements to create a contemporary and vibrant work environment.
Realization and Technology
- To come up with the design, the team used various techniques and methodologies. The first step was to gather information about the needs of Carlsberg's clients and employees. This involved conducting interviews and surveys to gain a deeper understanding of how people use the space and what they need to work effectively. The team also studied trends in workplace design and researched innovative technologies and materials that could be used in the space. - The office apply the Hybrid Work model that supports employees work productively event at home or at office
Operation and Interaction
The design of the office is also highly adaptable, with a flexible layout that makes it easy to make changes in seating and other design elements as needed. This flexibility enables Carlsberg Vietnam to adapt quickly to changing business needs and stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving industry.
