About Bologna Private House
Bologna is a private house interior design located in Haicheng, Liaoning, China. The residence covers 350 square meters and includes three floors and a garden. The design takes its inspiration from Bologna, the capital of Emilia Romagna in northern Italy and the birthplace of Ducati. A restrained, sculptural and post-modern atmosphere was created for a client who admires motorcycles. Marble, black steel, leather, glass and wood are combined in simple tones. A classic Ducati motorcycle forms the main focal point of the interior.

- Research
- Bologna - City in northern Italy. It is the capital of Emilia Romagna. It is also the birthplace of the Ducati brand. The castle of Bologna is vast, extraordinary, and passionate but restrained. Singing beautiful melody, ancient noble style, let the classics remember.
- Challenge
- The project takes inspiration from contemporary philosophy. We tried to make it a minimalistic design that reflects Italian art and an elegant lifestyle. The main challenge was to harmonically fit the client's passion - motorcycle - inside the interior. The old Italian motorcycle Ducati is the main focal point in the interior. It's a reflection of enthusiasm and paranoia, temperament and passion.
