Regarding Utopian Bureau Office
Utopian Bureau is an office interior in Taiwan with an area of 198.51 square meters. The space was originally arranged as a residence and was converted into an open office layout. After the pipelines were installed, the ceiling and walls were painted black, and the floor was paved with wood-colored wear-resistant board. Warm colors and neoclassical details are combined with an industrial base tone. Materials left from earlier projects were reused. The furniture is not placed in parallel rows, and checkered wallpaper and lighting shape the visual effect.

- Unique Properties
- Different from the generalized construction procedure, we first paint the ceiling and walls black, and then pave the floor with wood-colored wear-resistant board after the pipelines are setting up. After that, exploit the available materials at hand, comply with the appropriate color hue to layout, so as reflecting the specified feature of the brand - warmth and stylish.
- Inspiration
- The project was originally a residential configuration, transformed the pattern into an office layout. The whole space adopts open layout, Select warm color hue and neoclassical style, which integrates with the base tone of industrial style. Also, in the square pattern, the furnishing is not in parallel layout. Create a brand new style situation via the ingenious decoration. So that the customers and the visitors would feel homey as soon as they step into the space.

- In an ordinary homey space, still can create a brand new style situation via the ingenious decoration, thence shape a cultural gallery of integrating work, art and life.

- Exploit the materials that remained from the previous cases, successfully transformed the non-decorated space into an interesting office setting in the tight construction period.
