Koho è un progetto di interni per una sede centrale e una sala espositiva, con una superficie costruita di 5000 metri quadrati. La distribuzione degli spazi unisce le funzioni direzionali ad aree espositive dedicate al design d'arredo. Acqua, cerchi e archi costituiscono il tema principale, ricorrendo in pareti, soffitti ed elementi d'arredo. Una scala a chiocciola e un lampadario di cristallo assumono il ruolo di fulcri artistici. Zone aperte e ambienti chiusi si combinano per garantire percorsi di circolazione chiari. Sono impiegati pietra naturale e vernici ecocompatibili. Un sistema di gestione intelligente degli uffici controlla illuminazione e temperatura per assicurare il massimo comfort.

This project deeply integrates natural elements, building reshaping, and Italian aesthetics. Through meticulous planning and execution, it creates an office space that not only facilitates efficient work but also features an artistic atmosphere.
- Inspiration
- Drawing inspiration from nature, the project takes water, circle and arc as the core to infuse the space with a dynamic sense and Italian elegance. The crystal chandelier hanging from the ceiling, resembling water pouring down from the sky, brings to mind pure, harmonious nature. The elements of circle and arc run through the entire project, including walls, ceilings, and furniture pieces. These fluid, soft curves contribute to an inclusive, warm atmosphere.
- Project Duration
- The project began its design phase in the middle of 2023, started construction in April 2024, and completed in September 2024.
- Operation Flow
- This project prioritizes the interaction between man and space. It cleverly combines open and enclosed zones, complemented by artistic elements such as a spiral staircase and a crystal chandelier, achieving an effective circulation design and an inclusive atmosphere. The introduction of a smart office system, including intelligent lighting and temperature control, ensures higher work efficiency and better comfort for employees.
