About Caihu Confezione per olio di semi di soia
Caihu è un progetto di packaging per l'olio di semi di soia. La bottiglia è realizzata con fibre vegetali recuperate dalla paglia agricola che residua dopo la raccolta di soia, grano e canna da zucchero. La paglia viene pressata in forma tramite stampi, dando vita a un contenitore biodegradabile che sostituisce plastica e vetro. Il peso ridotto la rende inoltre adatta alla spedizione postale. Ogni bottiglia ha una capacità di 550 millilitri e un'altezza di 260 millimetri. La forma riprende quella di un baccello di soia, rendendo la bottiglia comoda da impugnare. Dopo l'uso, la bottiglia vuota può essere riutilizzata come vaso per piante.

The straw will be recycled to extract plant fiber and make degradable fiber bottles. Fiber bottles replace plastic and glass to hold soybean oil, reducing the use of plastic and glass.
