About Woman in Power Design del Costume

- Research
- Design by a self-taught designer from the Cayman Islands who utilizes visualization to map and conceptualize the design. This particular design stems from a personal story that is retold in a manner to represent all women. Additionally, there was research using a combination of internet search and discussions to find the best way to create a representation that could speak to the combination of domestic abuse and breast cancer
- Inspiration
- This design pays homage to women's battles, specifically those who are breast cancer survivors and abuse. The combination of colors is taken from the global representation of breast cancer and domestic abuse – pink and purple.
