Um Fulgent Cityscape Fjölnota bygging

Fulgent Cityscape er hönnun á fjölnota byggingu sem sameinar íbúðarhúsnæði og verslunarmiðstöð. Hugmyndin byggir á tölunum þrír og fimm. Þrjár láréttar plötur að framanverðu teygja sig út í fimm straumlínulagaðar byggingareiningar. Formið rís upp frá jörðu og teygir sig upp í borgarlínuna, endar í spíralformi. Gagnsætt gler tengir saman innra og ytra rými án þess að breyta upprunalegri gerð byggingarinnar. Málmlökkun og plastplötur gefa hreint og tæknilegt yfirbragð. Tillagan er staðsett í eldra borgarhverfi og er hugsuð sem kennileiti fyrir vísindagarð.

Einstakar eiginleikar: By way of the hi-tech life nowadays and amalgamated with the 5th generation of mobile network of future. Therefore the design intuitively take the notion of number 3 and 5. Via the three horizontal plates at the front, then outstretch to five streamline structures, which work in concert with the interaction between hi-tech life and the 5th generation cloud system. It is not only a breakthrough of the appearance, but also an expectation of the urban development of the future.

Framleiðslutækni: The appearance hoists from the ground surface and stretches out as if extending to the skyline. The inner compartments exploit the transparent glass to link the interior and exterior, most importantly without destroying the original structure. To deal with the major point of selecting pristine material, therefore take the advantage of metal baking varnish craft and plastic boards to bring about the concise sense of science and technology of future.

Rannsóknir: Deliberately designed the front shape of the building with an elevation angle and stretch to the end of spiral form to reflect the enterprise's expectations for the future development; no matter from any perspective, all have remarkable implications and glamorous landscapes; so as to construct a distinctive landmark of the science park, at the same time to activate the futurity of the city!
Innblástur: The building site is located in the old urban area, the proprietor hopes to reconstruct the current plant and bring about a distinct discrepancy of the cityscape. The overall residential zone was simply based on the living requirements. However, the demands of the living environment has expanded from the basic functions of food, clothing, housing and transportation of material aspects to the spiritual recreation activities.
