Brennisteinshreinsieining er iðnaðarbúnaður til hreinsunar á lofttegundum sem fjarlægir brennisteinssambönd úr útblæstri verksmiðja. Hönnunin umbreytir hefðbundnu brennisteinshreinsunarturnsverkefni í einingabundna vöru, þar sem gleypni, hvarf og úðaeyðing eru sameinuð í einni samfelldri einingu. Hver teningslaga eining er 3 metrar á hæð og 1,3 metrar á breidd, gerð úr 316L ryðfríu stáli með þremur hópum af glerhurðum til aðgangs. - The project started in April 2021 at Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts of Shenyang, Liaoning, China, and be completed and produced in October 2021.
- Verkflæði
- Sulphur-containing flue gas enters from both sides and the atomized desulfurizing slurry enters into the efficient mixing unit for desulfurizing reaction. The flue gas after reaction enters the primary dedusting and defogging unit, while the desulfurizing slurry enters the circulating pool. The gas is defogged and dusted by primary and advanced defogging units. When the flue gas discharge reaches the standard, the net flue gas is discharged from the middle.
