Um Villa Attie Hús
Villa Attie er innbyggt í landslag og býður upp á mikla loftræstingu, dagsbirtu og þægindi. Húsið er aðgengilegt frá tveimur vegum umhverfis húsið. Fyrsti aðgangurinn leiðir að einkarýmum hússins eins og svefnherbergin og seinni aðgangurinn leiðir að hálfeinkennu rýmin. Opna rýmisáætlunin fól í sér hugmyndina um árangursríka samsetningu þæginda, notalegheita, virkni og flæðis í dreifingu. Frágangur inni og á sundlaugarsvæðinu er eins. Þannig að þegar gluggarnir eru opnir skapar það þá tilfinningu að þú sért úti á meðan þú situr í stofunni.

Villa Attie Hús vann A' Design Award í silfri, gífurlega virta viðurkenningu sem veitt er hönnunarverkum í fremstu röð, stórfallegum og áhrifamiklum. Sigurvegarar í silfri eru ákaflega snjöll og afar skapandi verk sem sýna framúrskarandi sérfræðiþekkingu, hæfileika og skarpskyggni hönnuða sinna. Þess er vænst að Villa Attie Hús sé dásamlegt sýningarverk sem er einstaklega fagmannlegt og djúpt nýstárlegt. Þetta hönnunarverk sem vann A' Design Award í silfri er mjög athyglisverð, dáð uppfinning sem gagnast og færir mörk listar, vísinda, hönnunar og tækni fram á við. Villa Attie Hús er mjög öfunduð sköpun sem vekur langanir, færir jákvæðar tilfinningar og kveikir undrun og aðdáun.

- Einstakar eiginleikar
- Embedded into the land topography, villa Attie offers a great ventilation, daylight and comfort. This design strategy created an accessibility to the house from two sides; the upper road and the road bellow. The first access leads to the private spaces of the house like the bedrooms, and the secondary access leads to the semi-private spaces; a huge open space consisting of two living rooms, a tv room, a kitchen and a dining area.

- The building consists of two livable floors and a basement used for storage and technical purposes. Each floor has an area of 250 m2 which makes a total building area of 750 m2

- In order to reduce running costs in the building, we opted for a double glazed aluminum facade with a low emissive glass. The outer shell is made of Fair face concrete kept at a natural state and borders are covered in HDCP, that stands for High Density Concrete Panels. A new generation of GRC that allows us to create continuous blocks longer than 3 meters without any joints.

- Since the plot is located between two roads and a corner, the challenge in the design of this building was to grant a double access to the house while respecting the city's rules and regulations.
- Rannsóknir
- The footprint of the building, it's shape and selected materials were set according to a deep environmental analysis of the area. The building is oriented south-west for an optimal sun exposure and ventilation. The cladding materials were carefully selected to withstand an abrupt change in temperature. The use of two natural elements, fair face concrete and aluminum created a bold and successful combination of strict lines and shapes

- Since the project is located on a rich-in-nature mountain, which is also part of a ski resort, our main objective was to grant a 180 degree view of the surroundings while respecting the natural slope of the land.

- The project started in March 2021 and will be completed in November 2023 in Faqra, Lebanon.
