The zipper is from handcasted metal and black chromed, also a design by Imme Vogel. The Leather itself is high quality cow nappa, with a mineral tanning.

Mkpali: As Interior and product designer, Imme Vogel was sitting on a design for a round wall for a business building. Since Kindergarden, she was inspired by the japanese Origami and folded systems to create different shapes. She worked with paper to create a structure for this wall and thought, this could be a beautiful bag, too. That was the time, the idea around soft handfolded bags was born.
