Ịma Aka Imepụta: AICO has been tasked with the design of the podium, which serves as the foundation and unifier of the project. The design of this ambitious project is an international ensemble consisting of AICO and the world’s leading architecture design firms. Together we will bring 4 skyscrapers and a commercial podium above the metro line 6 to the world.
Mkpali: The project is envisioned to be a “City in the Clouds” with the “clouds” being interpreted as the podium, which brings together the complexities of various functions behind a combination of horizontal metal lines and ultra clear glass, creating a backdrop of light, shadows, reflections that changes throughout the day. A “city living room” has also been created in between the skyscrapers and the podium, forming a vibrant green yard.
