Next Collection adalah kompleks hunian yang dirancang selaras dengan lanskap Green Cape. Bangunan ini terdiri dari tiga sayap independen yang ditempatkan di atas podium yang menampung sebuah taman. Area atap dimanfaatkan sebagai ruang sosial dengan restoran, bar, dan kolam renang. Tata letak sayap-sayap bangunan mendukung alur sirkulasi yang jelas antara unit-unit apartemen dan taman di atas podium. Interiornya mengusung pendekatan minimalis dengan tema nautika dan palet warna yang menenangkan. Rancangan ini memadukan bentuk-bentuk organik dengan topografi di sekitarnya.
