Residence in Limassol VI adalah sebuah rumah pribadi yang dirancang sebagai bangunan berenergi nyaris nol. Rumah ini terbuka ke arah selatan dan ke arah pemandangan, serta memanfaatkan kondisi lingkungan setempat untuk mencapai kenyamanan termal. Bentuk berwarna putih menyerupai huruf Z memberikan perlindungan dari sinar matahari sekaligus menyatukan area parkir beratap dengan volume utama bangunan. Jendela-jendela besar menghadirkan cahaya alami dan menghubungkan ruang interior dengan lingkungan sekitar. Tata letaknya memisahkan area bersama dan area privat serta menjaga privasi dari jalan. Beton bertulang membentuk strukturnya, dan keseluruhan bangunan dilengkapi insulasi termal.

- Keunikan
- The aim of this project in Limassol was the creation of an nZEB, bioclimatic house, which is open to the south and to the view, whilst it takes advantage of the environmental conditions in order to achieve thermal comfort. The need for sun protection was resolved by the creation of a white "Z" shaped form, which integrates the covered parking spot with the main building volume.
