Using process analysis, scenario mapping, prototypes, workflow modeling, and pilot tests, design, engineering, and supply chain teams participated. Results show system-based packaging improves information flow, efficiency, and engagement, reduces gaps, and extends service value, offering scalable, industry-leading guidance for sustainable, business-focused design.

Development and validation were carried out through close collaboration between packaging design, engineering, and supply chain teams. The project has been iteratively refined and prepared for application across multiple product lines and global markets.
